[Fredslist] Valley Stream Apartment Needed for Family.

A very nice but struggling family is losing their apartment in the Rockaway ave area of Valley Stream. The landlord needs to take the apartment to be closer with his family because he is battling cancer. Sad story all around. 

They need a three bedroom apartment and hope to spend about $1250 a month. To keep the kids in the same district they need to stay near Rockaway Avenue.
