Disability Mentoring Day (DMD) is a national program that promotes  
career development for students and job-seekers with disabilities by  
providing job shadowing and hands on career exploration.  The Mayor’s  
Office for People With Disabilities and AAPD, the largest national  
organization that furthers the independence and total societal  
integration of people with disabilities, are proud to be a part of  
such a significant day.
