[Fredslist] It's vacation time - don't forget to change your email options

Good morning Gotham,
 
It's vacation time so please remember:
 
*      Before going away on vacation (or taking a business trip) log on
to the web site and change your email options to web only.  After you
return to the office, you can log in and change your options back. 


*      If you have an auto-response Out of Office reply - please log in
and change your options to web only so that we do not receive your
auto-response every time an email is posted - thanks!!
 
 
If you need help with these features, please contact your Group
Coordinator - they will be able to help you with your email options.
