Dear Fellow Gothamites,

For those of you who don't know me, I am part of Gotham's South Asain
Chapter, and am Fred's Mentee.  I am a primarily a film maker
(directing short films, music videos, commercials, internet videos)
but also manage some of my property investment holdings.

I have a space opening and before it goes on the market I am extending
an opportunity for a deal to Gotham Members.  The 1500 sq ft space is
located at 39th st, between 2nd and 3rd ave. (corner building)  It has
four large offices, waiting and reception area, and two bathrooms.  A
short flight up, the "first floor" space is currently being renovated
(central ac, electric, paint, etc…) and may even be built to suit.
Once the renovation is complete the office space will be put on the
