I would like to thank everyone who responded in my desperate
need.

 

It turns out that this person is unable to obtain the insurance
(commercial PPO) she wanted because she is over 65 and have been
enrolled in the Medicare program for over six month.  A SOLO
business owner she has no leverage to purchase a secondary policy
in the great state of Virginia.
