[Fredslist] Attorney to Organize a 501(c)(3) Corporation

I know this has been requested in the past, but does anyone know of an attorney that can help me set up a tax-exempt corporation?  I am starting a free loan fund for people who need interest free loans and would like to obtain tax-exempt status.
