[Fredslist] NYC Administrative Attorney Needed

[Scott Stuart]

A friend of mine who is a NYC landlord for several Harlem residential
buildings is trying to fight fire code fines levied on him after he complied
with violation notices.  He is in need of an attorney who is familiar with
the process of appealing fines in the City of New York.  Any recommendations
would be greatly appreciated.
