[Fredslist] Need help on Commission Structure

Gothamites,

 

I am negotiating to sell mgmt consulting services for a firm that "Business
Process Mgmt" consulting as well as other areas.  It is a very large,
international firm.  I will be introducing them to my contacts, help them
complete the sell.  Once sell is over, we are done, the consulting firm
takes over.  I am basically helping out a specialized out-sourced marketing
company.  They get a success fee on placements, and I want  a % of the
success fee.

 

The target market is large financial service companies, insurance companies,
Fortune 1000.

 

 

I want a structured agreement for the original contract and then any other
biz between the parties.  

 

Once we get all I's dotted and T's crossed I will fill everyone in on the
details

 

Does any one have any ideas?
