Hi Gotham,
My wife and I are in the process of purchasing an apartment in a new
building in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. There has been some water damage
recently. I have had an inspector come in and assess the severity of the
damage. They have suggested that I have a company specializing in mold
detection do some testing before I finish the deal. I was hoping that
Gotham could provide some solid contacts asap. Time is of the essence!
