One of my colleagues has reached out to me in need of a neuro surgeon. His Mother is very ill, and he would like a second opinion before proceeding with a very risky operation. She lives in West Virginia, however I think he may just need to speak with someone to feel more comfortable with understanding the risks associated with her discomfort.
