[Fredslist] Help re ceiling repair?

[Christopher Lamal]

My ceiling has suffered water damage from the apartment above, and I need to
find someone to replaster/scimcoat and repaint the area.  The area is only
about 4 square feet.  Any recommendations would be appreciated.  Also, any
idea how much a minor project like that might cost?
