I just wanted to thank Richard Pope publically for paving the way for me
to speak with a friend of his regarding a medical issue for my son.  His
efforts in getting me "phone time" with this doctor have finally put me,
I think, on the right course for solutions.  I have thanked him
privately, but I feel the need to let all of you know what a wonderful
thing he did and how much I appreciate it.
