Hi Fred, could you please post the following:

I am seeking a space for a glassblowing school and studio.  Space should be
2000-3000 square feet, must be M1 zoned.  High ceilings, windows a plus.
In Manhattan, I will look at any location, space can be on any floor, but
require building with freight elevator.  In Brooklyn, I will look at any
ground floor location in the Gowanus area of South Brooklyn.  Seeking
long-term lease; budget for rent approx. $3,500/month.
