Looking for a confident, well spoken, well-groomed individual to be our  
office manager/legal assistant
 
Job will entail preparing basic legal documents on word perfect (if you  know 
work, you will easily adapt to word perfect), answering phones, doing the  
banking, paying the bills, do banking (must have own car), filing documents with 
 courts, working with quickbooks, large interaction with clients, able to  
keep a calendar and independently follow-up on work, very well organized.   If 
you know anyone that would be interested in working in a law firm, located in  
Great Neck, free parking, 3 blocks from the railroad, that fits the above
