[Fredslist] Seeking UWS studio or share

I'm looking for an apartment on the west side of Manhattan, UWS
preferred.  Flexible move date.  Studio or 1BR.  Shares considered.

I am looking to rent for now, but am also interested in buying a modest
but comfortable place.  I would also be interested in talking to a
broker for Hoboken (sales only).
