Hey Steve,

Here's a description of what I'm looking for.

Someone to run a prepress department in a printing plant. One who
understands imposition, film, platemaking, and all common desktop
programs.
Someone who can calibrate proofing devices. Enjoys being hands on.

A troubleshooter. Someone who really enjoys a challenge.

Someone who understands and can do networking. Understands prepress
workflow.

Someone who doesn't make excuses. Admits mistakes, and is willing to
stick with a problem thru resolution.

Someone who doesn't ming working whatever hours it takes to get a job
done.
