Gotham,
My wife and I are looking into purchasing a new home and want to see what
Queens and LI City have to offer. We have lived in a warehouse apt. in
Brooklyn for 5+ years and want a change (= more space). We are hoping to
find 3+ bedrooms, preferably in a brownstone or townhouse with outdoor
space. We are not adverse to seeing lofts and or alternative spaces as
long as there is some outdoor space (roof deck?).

We are interested in these areas:
Long Island City
Astoria
HunterPoint
Sunnyside
Woodside
Jackson Heights

We are reluctant to move out of Brooklyn, but it has become very expensive
to get the type of space that we are hoping to find.

Please help.
