[Fredslist] Equifax

Dear Gothamites,

I have a "deragotory public record"at Equifax that I don't even what it is. 

I tried to get a "free credit report". Was never able to get it. I bought one 
for $9.95.

I wanted to access it. No way. 

I complained and was asked to send ID by fax, which I did last week. I still 
can't access my records.

Does anyone know a "human being" at Equifax that I could talk to?
