Company description

Whether you are seeking to improve what you have through a renovation or addition or looking to build something new for your home, office, school or business, we are here to help you from concept to keys. We provide a comprehensive suite of design services that include architecture, interior design, all engineering disciplines, owner representation/project management, and construction administration. Our firm was established in 2003 by Architect and LEED Fellow, Jason Kliwinski, with the belief that it shouldn't have to cost more to build green. After dozens of built projects in the Residential, Commercial, Higher Education, K-12, and Hospitality markets, we've proven this to be true. Our focus over the last two decades has been on incorporating the principles of sustainable design in to every project, no matter the size or scope, on time and within your budget. When working with a client we utilize an integrative project delivery approach that fosters a collaborative environment and brings all members of the team, including the contractor, architect, engineers, product suppliers, owner, and specialty consultants, to the table early in the design process and often throughtout to project completion. This helps ensure goals are understood and communicated to the entire team, budgets & schedules are maintained, and responsibilities are defined clearly. Integrating sustainability to me means creating spaces that are healthy, environmentally responsible, cost effective to build & operate, resilient, beautiful and highly functional for the intended purposes created. This is also known as the triple bottom line of sustainable/green architecture, People, Planet & Prosperity.
