Halloween approaches.
For some it means parties, including with costumes.
For many it means trick or treating. I annually share Halloween “satety tips” going back to ghosting for the elected officials I served and more recently in my civic newsletter. I also posted the tips last year on LinkedIn. I may tweet the link later this week.

It starts with a box.
Charter Communications recently acquired TimeWarner Cable (TWC).
It provides my Internet, cable TV and home phone.
Apart from what's now called TWC New York 1 (cable news), nothing really distinguishes the service from its competitor which in one configuration or another provides the service for the phone number longest associated with me.

The approach of summer means signals concert season.
Outdoor venues host any number of shows into September.
Music acts of all kinds abound and offer ample opportunity to find sounds of enjoyment.
