Odila is in charge of all business development and marketing activities, including developing and maintaining relationships with prospects and clients. in commercial buildings, healthcare, retail, mixed use, luxury residential, hospitality and institutional markets. Before joining B&B Contracting Odila worked in the fire suppression industry. In her spare time she enjoys bike riding, singing karaoke, dancing to 80’s and 90’s music and playing with her English Springer Spaniel Bentley Her lifelong dream is to perform in front of a live audience as a standup comedian.

Pre-Construction – Perhaps the most important service we offer, our team members have a vested interest in each client. Therefore, we take time to speak with the end-user to understand how they will utilize the new space. We take time to understand your unique project needs and challenges and utilize our wide-ranging experiences with multiple industries to develop a specific construction management to suit you. Our pre-construction services ensure that every aspect and phase of your project is thoughtfully planned out, including unexpected issues that would otherwise delay a project. Your project will be completed to your specifications, while adhering to your time and budget requirements.
Design/Build – Combining the function of an architect, engineer, and construction manager into a single team, B&B’s design–build services provides an integrated approach that is focused on the specific needs of your project. We partner with well-respected design professionals to eclipse the issues that arise when parties do not work in concert.
Construction Management – Once your project is underway, our team of professionals will guide, through a full-time site superintendent and full-time project manager, the various project phases inclusive of, but not limited to: permitting, bonding, insurance, scheduling, safety, cost control, value-engineering, shop drawing review, trade coordination, owner and subcontractor meetings, MEP coordination, owner FF&E coordination, final inspections, and project close-out. Because of our individualized approach to construction management, our clients continue to trust B&B as their construction managers.
Building Maintenance – Recognizing that pro-active building maintenance lowers operating and repair costs; B&B will proactively dispatch our team with little notice to assess and repair items as needed, regardless of the size or breadth of scope
