[Fredslist] Does anyone have a connection at Comerica Bank?

Hello!  I have a client who lives in Argentina.  She and her husband had a joint bank account at Comerica Bank in Michigan.  The husband recently died.  My client is trying to get online access to the account but it isn't working (she had a social security number but it was from years ago when they lived here as expats and the system is not recognizing it).  Comerica is insisting the only way around this is for her to come into the branch office.  She is in her 80s.  Any guidance as to next steps, or higher level at Comerica Bank, would be greatly appreciated.
