Dear Gothamites,

We will begin our 2026 meetings next Monday.  Many of us determine that
making resolutions is a "Thing to do" in order to improve our lives.

I heard a fascinating talk by the bestselling author, Suleika Jaouad.  She
wrote
a memoir about her life that was interrupted by Leukemia.  Her perspective
informs us that
the more efficient way to make positive changes in our behaviors is to
undertake new routines.

PLEASE JOIN US TO FIND OUT WHY!!

We will also touch on the always relevant topics of wellness, travel,
volunteerism, food, culture etc.
