Does anyone know or has used a Commercial Real Estate Agent in NJ who might be able to find a warehouse for lease?

Areas being considered: Linden, Elizabeth, Rahway, Woodbridge and Edison, NJ
Requirements: 5000 sq feet or smaller and at least 2 Dock Doors
