[Fredslist] ISO home repair - sheet rock/ ceiling

Good evening Gothamites.

This evening I came home to my husband pointing in horror to our kitchen ceiling. Their appears to be a beam in the ceiling that might be sagging. The tape over the seam is pulling away but there does not appear to be any moisture.  Of note, we have a 3 story structure and the 2nd floor just above this damage Is, as best I can tell, a dividing wall between our master bedroom and master bath.  I would like someone that can come assess and repair or advise on needs.  We live in Nassau county, Island Park, NY (just north of Long Beach.  Picture below but may not be helpful at this angle.

Please reply with thoughts / referrals.
