[Fredslist] Collections Attorney Needed

There are such things as truly evil people.  I know because I had the misfortune of meeting one.

I am in need of an attorney who can help me recover a personal judgement [already adjudicated and I won] on a person who had changed her address [left not forwarding] and refuses to respond to emails.  I was awarded the full amount permissible [with interest] which is worth nothing if I cannot collect.

Also needed is an attorney who can help a person who reached out to me who had loaned this same person over $106,000 about five years ago.  She needs to file quickly in the NY Supreme Court before the statute of limitations expires.  She wants her money or her day in court.

The debtor's modus operandi is the stuff of tv docudramas. I know there are other injured parties, but I am not sure who will come forward.
