Bill is a Partner at Cole-Frieman & Mallon LLP, leading the firm’s Intellectual Property (IP) practice. Bill provides advice and counsel to clients with 

regard to obtaining, protecting, and commercializing intellectual property in the U.S. and around the world. 





With his clients coming from a wide variety of industries and ranging from start-up companies to multinational corporations 

and funds, Bill tailors his recommendations and client options in a manner that fits each client’s needs. 





Bill handles all aspects of domestic and international IP matters, including trademarks, trade secrets, unfair competition, 

copyright, patent, and IP enforcement and defense, including Internet and domain name matters, software, Web 3.0, 

fashion, consumer goods, fintech, cannabis, and more. 






When Bill is not working, he enjoys exploring theater, music, comedy and art shows in the city and beyond, while spending time with friends and family.
