[Fredslist] How do I respond to NYC Notice of Deficiency for Local Law 152 of 2016 Cycle 1

Gotham,

We own a 2-family house in Richmond Hill.

If I understand the "NYC Notice of Deficiency for Local Law 152 of 2016 Cycle 1" letter correctly, it only applies to buildings with 3-family residential units and larger.

This house has always been a 2-family house.

In 2020, when we rebuilt the house, the gas pipes were all replaced in the house and the city upgraded the pipe coming into the house.  We've been thru several NYC inspections with no issues.

How do I get NYC to update their records and remove us from this list?
