Please join us for some great Networking at the next meeting of Gotham LI on Thursday April 3, 2025 from 8:00AM-10:00AM as we continue our discussion on business issues and concerns.  This in-person meeting is graciously hosted by Intellectual Property attorney Francesco (Frank) Sardone, Esq. a partner at Carter DeLuca & Farrell LLP.   An expert in all aspects of IP law, including U.S. and international patent, trademark and copyright prosecution, Frank works with clients who are building portfolios primarily in the mechanical, electromechanical and medical arts, with an emphasis on medical and surgical devices including robotics.  He also works with clients in the toy and game industries. Frank's practice also includes conducting due diligence investigations, validity studies and clearance searches and preparing freedom-to-practice and validity opinions.
