[Fredslist] My friend's 16 year old son robbed and beaten in Westchester country.

Over the weekend my friend received a call from the police that her 16 -year-old son got into a fight, his belongings were stolen, his nose broken and face beaten up. She retrieved him from the ER, and wants to press charges.  Her son knows the person who assaulted him. Is there a member of Gotham who can advise her on next steps?
