Casey Fitzharris is an insurance broker at Hub International Northeast, primarily focusing on Employee Benefits and Property & Casualty/Commercial insurance. She actively engages in new business development, maintains client relationships, negotiates renewals, markets insurance programs, and manages day-to-day service needs. Casey’s consultative and thoughtful approach enables her to deeply understand each company’s unique culture, positioning her as a trusted strategic partner.

A standout aspect of Casey’s career is the opportunity to work alongside her mother, Susan. Together, they collaborate on client accounts, ensuring clients receive the right support and resources to streamline operations and achieve their goals. Following in her mother’s footsteps, Casey is passionate about becoming an expert in the non-profit sector and recently joined HUB’s specialty practice focused on this industry.

Before joining HUB, Casey worked as an Account Manager at Indeed.com, where she partnered with franchise owners and Human Resource professionals. This role launched her career and provided valuable insights into cost reduction strategies, workforce technology optimization, and employee engagement enhancement.

Casey’s ideal clients are typically small to mid-sized companies facing rising healthcare costs, seeking better service, or looking for creative employee benefit strategies. She is especially interested in connecting with Human Resource professionals across various industries who are open to fresh perspectives on their current plans or looking to explore alternative options.
