[Fredslist] Looking for Seminar Space

Hi Gotham! 

I have friends looking for a space to host a seminar this July. 

If anyone has suggestions it would be appreciated. 

Event type - Seminar, mostly just people speaking. 

Venue: Should be able to accommodate 75-100 people, with room to sit and move around. Ideally the venue has ample restrooms for people to use, and easy access to restaurants/dining options. 

Cost of venue: ~$500/day 

Location of venue - NY, NJ or Brooklyn, with public transportation nearby. As example, last year, we hosted this seminar at NJPAC in Newark, NJ 

Set up required: Chairs to accommodate all participants + a few extra, a few tables. Chairs to be organized either in a circle, or in rows pending final number of people. 

Dates: Friday afternoon - Sunday evening, either July 10 -20, July 17-19 or July 25 -27. Access to space from Friday around 1/2pm through Sunday at 6:30/7pm. Ideally, we can leave the space set up the full weekend. People will be there Friday from 1/2pm - 10:30pm, Saturday and Sunday from 7:30/8am - 6:30pm.
