I just received a check from Gotham Season of Giving...and wow is it a
doozy!
On behalf of Planned Parenthood --- my selected non-profit -- I am awed and
thankful.
This is A GREAT HELP at a critical time. Federal grants for non-profits
have been drastically cut off.
Planned Parenthood Clinics provide medical care for clients with multiple
issues, not just reproductive matters.Personal small donations don't begin
to cover the costs to keep medical aid clinics open and free.

I am hoping to do a formal presentation in New Haven next month when my
contacts/friends will be back from vacations...
Will keep you all informed, in case there is a photo Op with a larger than
life blowup of the check!

Thank you all for your contributions to Gotham's Season of Giving. It can
save lives!

PS I volunteer at a number of non-profits -- for election integrity,
reproductive health, immigrant and refuggee services, food rescues,
political campaigns, and even at a weird and interesting library in New
Haven (come visit some time...train stops mere blocks away!) -- but Planned
Parenthood is one I have worked with for many years.

And
Yes, I have a funny story that I will only send out if you are of an Open
Mind.
