[Fredslist] Need help with CHASE Bank

Gotham,
We've been Chase Business banking clients since 1997 (28 years!)
Normally, chase mails a replacement RSA token keyfob 1 month before expiration. They did NOT do that last month.
Today, Sharon went to our local branch and they were unable to issue her a softtoken or allow her to login to our account.
The branch claimed this issue is impacting a large number of Chase Business Banking clients.
Can anyone in Gotham help us get access to our business account asap?
