[Fredslist] Gotham News: Member Spotlights Coming Your Way!

Hello Gotham friends!

We have a new initiative we would like to share with you all!

Soon you will start to see Member Spotlights in Gotham's LinkedIn group and on fredslist. We thought this would be an excellent way to showcase our GREAT members and give the entire Gotham membership and our broader LinkedIn group a chance to get to know them!

We'll be leaning on our group leaders to make nominations for their groups, so please share your nominations with them.   We're looking to spotlight members who stand out as making a substantial contribution not only to their group but to the whole Gotham family and who demonstrate that they appreciate our Gotham mantra. You all know it - "It's better to give than receive and what goes around comes around!"

Once members are chosen, Rosalia will do her magic and craft a post working directly with the member for additional info, similar to the New Member Announcements that she is currently posting.  We'll combine the reasons for nomination and information from the members about their business.

Each spotlight will end with a quote from the member answering the following question: What does Gotham mean to you?

Just a few details:

  *   All group nominations will be reviewed with Tribal and the Membership Committee.
  *   We will ask group leaders to nominate Member Spotlights quarterly.
  *   Nominees must be a member of our Gotham LinkedIn Group in order to be tagged in the post.
