[Fredslist] NYCHA - Asbestos exposure

Gotham – a friend of mine has lived in a house that as part of a NYCHA/HUD program he was able to purchase after NYCHA fixed some problems with the building.

But NYCHA never did, the sale never closed and not only did he lived in the house for 43 years (of which 17 years he had his son with him who is now disabled with autism) – but now NYCHA has put him into one of the most dangerous housing projects in NYC.

He needs an attorney willing to take on NYCHA and willing to pursue asbestos claims.
