*UI/UIX Designer*We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX
Designer to join our team part-time and make a difference in the career
development of the future! You’ll play a key role in shaping the user
experience, design, and graphics of our core product. This is a great
opportunity to work for a company that values new ideas and cares about
helping people.
*Responsibilities:*

   - Design screens and graphics for components of the CareerStar app.
   - Work with the engineering team to ensure product features align with
   technical capabilities.
   - Adhere to brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all designs
   and app features.
   - Utilize Figma and Canva to create and refine design assets (Figma
   experience is required).
   - Assist with ad hoc design tasks for both marketing and product
   initiatives as needed, including custom graphic and brand designs.
   - Be familiar with trends in the EdTech space and be an advocate of the
   CareerStar mission! ❤️

*What We’re Looking For:*

   - Proficiency in Figma and Canva is essential.
   - Familiarity with usability testing and incorporating feedback into
   design iterations.
   - Ability to work independently, be organized, and finish tasks critical
   to the product roadmap.
   - Passion for user-centered design and creating intuitive, seamless
   experiences.
   - Experience with animation, custom graphic creation, and game design
   encouraged.
   - Prior experience in front-end development using React or Angular is
   preferred but not required.
