Ride the circuit and join Gotham LI Legal on Thursday December 5, 2024 from 8:00-10:00AM for our next meeting featuring a one hour CLE presented by Randall Tesser, Esq. of Tesser, Ryan Rochman.   Titled Cybersecurity for Lawyers:  What You Are Required To Know (And What You Ought To Know) the discussion will focus on how new developments in cybersecurity will help lawyers maximize the benefits of technology, while managing the risks.  Discussion topics include a lawyers obligation to be in the know on technology, types of data to be protected, risk vectors and vulnerabilities, costs and damages of insufficient cybersecurity, methods for mitigating risk of a cyber attack and resources for risk management.

This meeting will be graciously hosted by noted Elder Law attorney Vincent J. Russo, Esq. of The Russo Law Group, PC.   The Firm's Managing Attorney Vincent has been championing the rights of seniors and people with special needs since 1985.
