[Fredslist] COOP Managing Agent problems

Gotham – I have lived in the same COOP for over 30 years.

During the past 13 months, FirstService Residential,  the Managing Agent for my COOP has significantly delayed my apartment renovation plans that have now been approved by the Building’s Engineer, the Department of Buildings and the Landmarks Preservation Commission.

First Service has not advised me or the Board of what their open issues are.

I know that the odds of doing a successful suit are extremely thin – but can anyone help me with this?  Maybe a contact to a really senior person at First Service or a legal letter threatening suit?
