[Fredslist] Allen Kaye has passed away.

Allen Kaye, a long time Gotham member is no longer with us.
His partner, Carla Alvarez-Gould has planned a modest graveside service at 11:30 am this coming Sunday at Beth Israel Cemetery in Woodbridge, NJ. There will be a memorial open house that evening from 3-5:30 at their home in Jersey City, 40 South Street. Allen recommended me to Gotham, and as an immigration lawyer, was responsible for obtaining the necessary visas for 2 out of my 4 foreign-born husbands.  He was originally referred to me to help foreign-born candidates our recruiting company placed in the US to obtain work permits. I will miss him. We were friends for about 40 years.
