[Fredslist] Window Glass Replacement - HELP!

Greetings, across the Gotham universe -

I really need some Gotham magic!  Without going into all of the sordid details, the glass on of my balcony sliding doors has been completely broken (both panes).  It is boarded up, but it's COLD!  The glass company that handled the board up has been nothing but excuses on excuses on excuses.

Does anyone know of a glass replacement company that can help?  I am located in upper Manhattan, just north of the GWB.
