The temperature may be pushing 90, so come celebrate the first evening of Summer with Gotham LI Legal at the Port Washington Estates Association beach tomorrow Thursday June 20, 2024, from 6:00PM-8:00PM.  The meeting is graciously hosted by Richard H. Apat, Esq. of Vishnick McGovern Milizio LLP, and weather permitting we can enjoy a ride on his boat Sonshine.   Just plug the address below into your GPS and it will take you right past the beach. There is plenty of parking on the street and you can just walk right over. You will be walking on grass and/or sand so be sure to have proper footwear.

A seasoned attorney with over 30 years of experience in plaintiff personal injury litigation, real estate litigation and commercial litigation, Richard’s personal injury work encompasses all aspects of representing clients injured due to the negligence or wrongdoing of another, including motor vehicle accidents, construction, workplace and other premises accidents, slip & falls, product liability and wrongful death cases.  His real estate litigation practice includes boundary disputes, adverse possession, easements, partition actions, breach of contract and other residential and commercial real estate issues.
