[Fredslist] Need a Referral for a Specialized Dermatologist.

Hi Gotham Tribe,

A friend of mine is in need of a recommendation for a NYC Dermatologist who
specializes in eczema and specifically scalp issues like itchy scalp.
Preferably  someone who takes reg medicare but would consider private pay
if they are reasonable.  (She called one dermatologist who could not see
her before April and wanted $950. to hold the appointment --that was only
50% of the cost of the first visit)
