[Fredslist] Attorney needed as per herein

I have several client siblings who are on various governmental benefits ( Medicaid, SSI, SSDI, Section 8 Housing, Public Assistance, Food Stamps) and who are each about to receive a small inheritance (About $10,000).

I need to determine if the inheritance would impact the governmental benefits and, if so, how to remedy.
