[Fredslist] VERIZON HELP

Anyone know anyone high up (or even medium up) at Verizon? It has to do with one of the “Verizon stores” setting me up with something that is a problem and Verizon not helping to solve it.

I would appreciate anyone to talk to at Verizon who is not just a salesperson. Or any advice or wisdom from anyone.
