[Fredslist] Looking for help crafting RFP

Gotham,
I am working on a project for some years now and they are getting ready to send out a package to developers for their property but need to craft an RFP for said developers.  This is not something we do and as it is a multifamily mixed use project the people I have sued for this in the past will nto work as they focus on educational and nonprofit work.  If anyone has any suggestions it would be most appreciated.
