[Fredslist] How do I get Dad excused from Jury Duty

Folks,

My mom has been in & out of the hospital for past 2 years.

She is in the hospital currently in Nassau County and dad spends hours with her, daily, in the hospital.

We had previously postponed dad's jury duty

Dad also had 3 teeth extracted yesterday and he's in pain.

How do I get dad postponed again?  Or preferably, eliminated from the jury pool?
