[Fredslist] A Big Shout Out to Tara Fappiano

Some of you may know Tara Fappiano as the GC of Westchester.  You may
surprised to learn that in her spare time away from Gotham Tara is a top
notch education lawyer and advocate, focusing on fighting for students with
disabilities and special education needs.  One of my clients recently had a
sticky situation with a government agency. Tara took the lead in achieving
an outcome that we initially thought was remote at best.
