[Fredslist] phone SOS

Hello Gotham:

Second request to have someone come to my west 70s apartment to find out
what is wrong with my landline phone or network connection.   Sometimes
there is no dial tone and sometimes it cuts off.  All recommendations also
appreciated. Thanks in advance
