[Fredslist] Has anyone gone thru the CDPAP process?

Gotham,

We've had a lot of frustration & challenges in getting mom qualified nurses at home.

Mom is on a ventilator & peg tube for feeding.

Several folks have recommended we become CDPAP certified, hire our own nurses, etc.

I'm looking for anyone with PERSONAL EXPERIENCE who became CDPAP certified

Pros?
Cons?
Headaches?
